Delighted that my spelt flour shortbread has turned out rather well. It's the first time I've made any shortbread but we tasted some at our local shop -The Greengrocer - who sell lots of locally produced food and ingredients.....so we bought some spelt flour and ....😊
Three good things
1 learning out of doors
2 school gardening
3 surprise tea....you know when you have food in the freezer but not labelled ......it was very tasty anyway 😃
