Garden day by sarah19

Garden day

My hydrangea is now in a pot, and the green flower bed is looking better than it has done for years! Good to have tennis on TV for little breaks!
Then 3 large bags filled with buttercup roots, lots of overgrown spreading things and some crops which had sprung up under Allan's bird feeders!
Wood chippings from last summer's tree surgeon work ready as a mulch so hopefully that will keep it in order for a while. Not finished but.......
Three good things
1. Great day of sunshine and gentle breeze
2. Tiler man finished till Monday
3. Clean dry washing ready for cupboards/wardrobes.

@gijsje Thank you Bep! It is beautiful in places and then there are other parts! I never have enough time when I'm working full time and usually, in school holidays I'm away or have people visiting. This year we are having work done on the house so I have to be here and hope to get the garden seriously sorted!!

A lovely view of your garden. (My washing is clean and dry but some needs a little light iron!)

@snowy Thank you Diana - that corner from that angle is lovely............but I know all the places that still need lots of work! Stick with the positives I say!! As long as the area I see from the sofa in our family room is looking fine I am happy!!
