The last Sunday in September is Apple Sunday at Pitmedden Garden where Allan has been working recently. We've always gone along and it's a superb day - lots of apples and pears, that have grown in the garden, for sale, and a great assortment of apple pies and cakes and more!
And there are lots of activities for families, entertainment by local music groups and a display and sale by the woodworkers' group who create beautiful things .....we bought a lovely table two years ago made by a 90 year old gentleman!! Joy!
