I haven't seen my ankle bones for more than a week now despite piling awful books I don't want to read under the feet of the end of my bed, and putting my feet into buckets of cold water. Mainly though, I've been in a lot of pain, so, feeling like a hypochondriac, (because I'm never sick) I went to the doctor. Kidney infection so on antibiotics. He took blood as well so we await those results.
Thank you all. All the other tests have come back negative, so hoping the antibiotics start working soon. Great advice Narayani. I am drinking loads of water, and have cut back drastically on the sugar already. No more chocs or ice-cream for me. And no bread either. Should start losing a bit of weight I hope!
