No photo today so here is another from yesterday. Week 39 of my Facebook 52 week challenge is "the warmth of the early morning sunshine" Just hasn't worked out to go out shooting before dawn lately, so I had to make a plan at home. I have always liked how the first rays of sunshine stream through this glass brick window, and the bottle is something I have kept since I was about 8 years old, when my parents had wine in a restaurant in Beira (Mozambique) on one of our rare holidays.
@anniesue It is amazing survival isn't it! I hadn't thought of it like that before. There is just something about the curves in that bottle that speaks to me, so it has gone everywhere with me. My mother treated me to a month or two of art classes while I was still in junior school, and that was the subject that went with me to learn to draw, so it has many memories attached to it.
