Rode my bike to the local Heritage Day Makietie today. A lovely day to be out getting some fresh air and sunshine. It felt so good to get a bit of exercise again, and I didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot (although I must admit it was a little inconvenient pushing my bike around in those crowds and I couldn't get to some of the spots I might have to take photos. But really it was still so worth it as I did enjoy my ride!
@anniesue There is no cycle track, and no bicycle racks. Next time I might try chaining it to a tree or fence - but preferably in sight of the entrance where there are lots of people and also the folk taking the money.... We have such a lot of poverty, there are always people looking for easy pickings, and I am not sure insurance would pay out again, especially if it was stolen from outside our property.
@anniesue yes I certainly intend to. I am really enjoying this new bike. It just feels right somehow.
