Our cosmos flowers are still producing a lovely display despite the very dry soil. My wife grew them from seed.They survived despite our lightweight small greenhouse being blown over in the Spring, when my wife had to sweep up the resulting heap of mixed seedlings and compost, and then try to identify the young plants before re-planting. A recent visit by a bee to this one has spread pollen across the petals.
