We woke to a good covering of snow which the dogs fully appreciated, leaping around, rolling in the snow, and generally behaving like excited children. Take no notice of the teeth – they are happily playing with each other! We also enjoyed the snow. After a long dog walk, friends came over with their 7 year old daughter, which gave us an excuse to go sledging on Croft Hill, at the top of our lane. It is a popular sledging spot, with slopes to suit all ages and ability, and plenty of room for all. It was very busy this afternoon. After the sledging it was back home to build a snowman in the garden, and then the evening dog walk. I was very tired by the end of the day. I’m getting too old for all this fun.
