Harvest Time 2012

The agricultural year has come full circle since I started the 365 project. I photographed rape being harvested last year, and here is the 2012 harvest. It about two weeks later than last year, maybe because of the cool wet summer. I also noticed that many of last years photos included dry brown backgrounds, A bit different to this year’s damp lush countryside.

We are still waiting for our fields to be done, definitely much later than last year. In Normandy they were combining near us well into the night with powerful lights etc, I always find it a bit spooky!
