As always at this time of the year, daylight subjects are few and far between as I am at work during all daylight hours. I spotted this rather bedraggled web, backlit by our security light, as I returned from this evenings dog walk a few minutes ago. I think the quality suffered because I rushed it. I didn’t fancy spending too long kneeling in the cold! My garden thermometer (the remote sort that can be read from the warmth of the house!) reads -5C, but we had a lovely dog walk, crunching across the fields through the snow, with that pale glow that results from reflected light in the snow, even after dark.
