A rather rushed shot of a peacock butterfly, before it flew away. To make the best of photo-opportunities I would need to take a macro, telephoto, and zoom lens with me on dog walks. Practicalities limits my choice to a simple zoom.
Wow! Superb shot and wonderful capture! I have seen a couple of Red Admirals on the wing but no luck with the camera! The colours look great here against the background.
