A wet and gloomy morning, just managing a walk between heavy rain showers. The countryside was shrouded in a heavy mist, not quite a fog, almost autumnal if it hadn’t been for the warm muggy weather. Not the best start for mid-summers day. I wonder of the folk visiting Stonehenge to see the sunrise actually saw one? Of course at that time it may have been bright and sunny – I certainly wasn’t up and about at sunrise. However I suspect that the day started as it meant to go on. Grey.
