We spotted this scene as we passed the field about 9 hours earlier, when the pylon rose from a low lying mist, surrounded by soft focus sheep. However, we were on our way to our granddaughter’s first birthday party in Leeds, over 100 miles away, and there are some things that must have priority, even over potential 365 images. We passed the field again on our homeward trip, with totally different lighting, and dark clouds threatening rain which, unfortunately for the dry brown pasture, was not delivered. This time we had time to stop and spent a few minutes leaning on the gate and enjoying this pastoral scene (give or take the occasional pylon…)
This is really an interesting image - sheep with the lines. The lighting is superb!
