The wind turbines around here are antisocial creatures, rarely gathering as wind farms, more commonly appearing as solitary soles, although there is the occasional family outing of four or five turbines gathered in one place. One of these family outings of four exceedingly tall turbines is located close to, although not actually on, my friend’s farm, and as a result we can now locate the farm from almost any moderately high location in the County.
Pylons, of course, are party animals, dancing across the countryside in a giant conga line.
