Once again pylons ruin a sunset. The trouble is that the line of pylons runs to the west of the network of footpaths in the fields, and the only way to capture a un-photobombed sunset is to follow one particular path across the “cow’s field”, which passes beneath the cable, which sometimes crackle and hiss overhead in damp weather. All other paths on the routes that we take stay stubbornly to the east of the pylons. At least they don’t get in the way of a sunrise. Croft Hill has a tendency to do that instead
Normally I agree, that pylons and cables can ruin a picture. But you placed them so well, and the silhoutte of the pylons and the trees against this marvelous sky is a beauty.
