Another shot from our frosty misty morning walk a couple of days ago. The sky was tinged with pink as we walked down the field track, heading for the "Cows Field", a favourite with Tia, as she has the space to run, and, on a cold, still morning, this riverside pasture is full of the smells of nocturnal wildlife. The wildlife day shift was just beginning, with birds singing as they flew from the hedgerows, and pheasants squawking from the field of oil seed rape, the rape plants just a few inches tall at this time of the year.
