The peanut feeder was very busy yesterday. It was like looking at Heathrow Airport, one every 60 seconds, although this was one every 5 seconds!
Such fun watching them (from inside so they didn't see me). I've lost the lid to the feeder and most of the Tit's go straight for the top, pick up a peanut and fly off with it to eat it. Even when its nearly empty, they still go into the feeder head first, pick up the nut, turn around and get out, all in about 1 second! The sun was shining and back-lighting their wing feathers as they flew.
