I was sat outside with a coffee this morning enjoying the sunshine when this Wren came within a few feet of me. Guess what? No, I didn't have my camera, so after a while of watching him and wishing I could get the shot, I went and fetched my camera. He never came back so close but stayed a long way down the garden. This is very heavily cropped. Lesson learnt, if sitting in the garden, always have the camera ready!
My Moms favorite bird. Mine too. Reminds me of her. For the past 25 years since she took up residence in heaven this little bird’s sweet song brings me joy!
