After a long day at Bombay Hook, dh had a delicious brisket, potatoes, and grilled green beans waiting for @joansmor Joan Robillard and me when we got back to the house. The little people were excited to see us after having been gone all day. We got an early start in fog and rain that changed over to cloudy by the time we arrived at our destination. Not the greatest shooting conditions by any means, but we had a great time nonetheless. Joan introduced me to some precious little songbirds that I have always overlooked, and now I have some new loves in my life! I’ll get my card downloaded and cleared this morning, ready for another adventure today to Chincoteague, and hopefully get some processing done in a few days. The babies will join us on our adventures today! They do love Miss Joan!
@onewing Babs!!! Thank you!! It’s great to have Joan here! She and I definitely click together! I’m still taking photos, but finding the time to sit and process them has definitely been an issue recently. It’s not a permanent situation, but my time has been spent on an overdue project, and it has taken much longer than I thought it would! I HAVE MISSED EVERYONE!!!!
