Our precious Henry. He crossed over the Rainbow Bridge this afternoon.
We packed in a lot of love in his 13 years! That dog loved his tennis ball! And he loved his Clifford! He got a new Clifford every year for Christmas, and before we gave it to him, we’d play Squeaky Deaky for him over some speaker somewhere and watch him go crazy howling for the new squeaky toy he knew he was about to receive! He loved his boy, Jonah King - they grew up together. And he loved his daddy Josh King, but even more than that, he loved his daddy’s chair. He was a true and loyal friend to all the kitties around here - he let Oreo run the household, and he let Tiger aggravate the mess out of him when she went in heat. And then there are the little people ... they heard on the radio yesterday that it was Make A Dog’s Day, so they came in and gave him belly rubs... so glad they did ... none of us knew what today would bring...
We’re gonna miss this ol’ Mutt Dog. Never again will I be able to call out Ahhhhhnry..... Rest in peace Muttness. We love you, and we were honored to be your people.
Aw-w-w, my heart goes out to you. You have captured his personality in this photo to remember him by. We get so attached to our furry ones. It's hard to say Goodbye when the time comes.
