For this one I started with a very blue iris. The photo was quite dark so I played with the color a lot.

I can still see the Iris so it's not completely abstract to me, but I really like the "beachy" quality of the colors- very pretty!

I had a couple more versions that didn’t have the structure so apparent, but they totally lacked vibrancy so I went with this one.
