Our friend Carol (in the middle) moved away for 2 years and now she is back. She and Jay were making ravioli Thursday. Afterward we had a terrific dinner with 4 kinds of ravioli….Goat cheese with mushroom, mushroom, sausage, ricotta cheese with parsley.
@kwind It really helped that we had a team. Jay did the rolling and then put the pasta and fillings together in a mold. Carol made the dough. Kathy and I made the fillings. It was fun, we drank wine and we ate our meal together. It is fun to have a friendship bubble where we are all vaccinated and don’t go anywhere without our N95 masks.
