Today's Word of The Day is a choice between Pancake or Mardi Gras. Since I'm not on the streets of New Awlins I had to settle for a picture of pancakes taken during my breakfast with some former co-workers this morning. Taken with my phone again. I thought people would think I was crazy enough taking a picture of my breakfast in the first place, I'd thought using my dslr would confirm it.
oh I remember pancakes and eggs like this in dennys when I was last in Florida ~ some years ago! ~ must go back soon ~ I love USA pancakes and eggs ~ so much nicer than here ... my mouth is watering now!
Maybe they would have thought you were a food critic. Nice shot. I almost made protein pancakes today and took a photo (not that there was time) but I thought everyone would have thought "yuck". They really are good, though!
