Word of The Day. I was hoping for a more inspirational shot, but I ended up hurting my back carrying a ton and a half of wood pellets. I had some ideas for ashes, but my day didn't turn out like I had planned. So I am submitting an alternate word.

I normally am very careful when lifting, but I was talking to the young man who was helping me load the 40 pound bags into my SUV and I wasn't paying attention like I should and when I turned I felt it pop. I tried to call my chiropractor but he left for the day a half hour before I called and to make things worse, he isn't in today.
