Pretzels With White Chocolate by skipt07

Pretzels With White Chocolate

My wife found a recipe for these and everybody loves them. They are regular salted pretzels that she coats with white sugar and cinnamon then drizzles them with white chocolate. This year she found Ghirardelli's white chocolate melts and they were even easier to make and the flavor was even better.

Thank you everyone for you very kind comments and faves of my Full Moon photo!
Love the photo. Love the recipe and I think I have to try it. How does she coat them with the sugar and cinnamon? How does it adhere to the pretzels?

@sunshinepix @kt8ird @danette - Here is her recipe if you would like to try making them. And yes, they are addictive.
16 oz. mini twist pretzels
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping :
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup white chocolate melts or vanilla chips

Whisk oil, sugar and cinnamon together in large bowl
Add pretzels and stir to coat evenly

Place bowl in microwave and microwave 60 seconds

Stir and microwave additional 40 seconds.

Spread pretzels on cookie sheets and sprinkle with additional cinnamon and sugar mix.

Melt vanilla chips or Wilton or Ghirardelli's white chocolate melts

Drizzle over pretzels. Let set.
Enjoy!

I made these today, and packaged some up and topped it with a bow for a hostess gift...and the rest we are keeping for ourselves. Oh, my, I think I have to hide them. They are sooo good.
