Some restaurants are still starving for employees. One must order curbside pick-up, with no dine-in option. However, "Social Zones" continue to offer outdoor dining, even during Winter. If i had a fortune cookie to make one of my own predictions, i would say .. dining in restaurants will soon be back ..
