the challenge this week for the 52-week challenge is a high key portrait. it being month-end and therefore office tasks has priority, i didn't get to ask my sophie la rue for a portrait when we're actually almost neighbours now. bill and i drove to the rosetta gardens in the afternoon to check out the gardens but the place is still bereft of the flora and fauna it being so close to the lake. but there were signs of life, crocuses are on their way to blooming, tulips are sprouting from the ground and i would imagine the place would be gorgeous in time for may. it has started to snow as we were taking photos of the foggy lake and we thought we'd take each other's pics for the high key assignment.
adjusted the contrast a tad bit but otherwise this was what showed in the camera.
