i thought i'd practice on my magic skills for this week's 5+2's magic theme. billy was all for it! abracadabra-zizboom-bah! when i pointed my hand towards billy, a big cloud of smoke exploded within the living room and when it cleared, billy turned into a mini billy! success!!!!
but then we had to go to the post office to pick up a parcel and billy had to drive. i needed to turn him back to billy the big man. so...zhaaa-zaaam!!!! a cloud of smoke exploded once again and when it cleared....oooopsy!
"what happened?" billy asked, alarm in his voice and fear in his eyes.
"dunno. you're still a miniature. let's try it again, maybe i ought to say abracadabra again."
"faster, i would need to go to the loo pretty soon," billy told me.
"gotta wait, bill. i need to concentrate. just relax."
once again, i waved my hands at billy. shala-kaboom! but billy was still a miniature.
hours later, after a number of failed attempts at transforming him back, i remembered i still have the book of spells. good thing i hadn't tossed it in the "goodwill box".
"anything yet?" billy asked, this time exhausted from nervousness and anxiety.
"wait a minute. i'm still on page 20."
"what???"
"well, i was absent during the "break the spell" lesson! chillax, will you?"
and billy fainted inside the little fishbowl where he now resides.
anyone knows how i can break the spell? any witches out there? magicians? hello? :-P

@summerfield OK, poor Vikki. As usual I stand corrected. :( I got overwhelmed with life things over the past few weeks, but should be able to contribute going forward - though a bit erratically. The next few months will be filled with travels. Of course I'll be photographing the journeys.
