land of a thousand delights

one of the windows of the newly opened saks fifth avenue department store in toronto.

i'm not impressed. are you? yet this is the more tolerable one to my eyes, less frowzled, you might say. the others? insanely frowzled!

for my get-pushed challenge from @365anne who challenged me "to shoot a seasonal shop front in any way that you wish".

and because the windows are not impressive enough, it was easy to take a photo without those annoying humans.

The Saks building in NYC is eye catching from a distance. One because it's so BIG and two it is decked out in lights. The store windows I'm just not sure because the building was so impressive I didn't look at them now that I think of it.

Eeek ... it's that time of the year again! Actually, Christmas is my favourite (but busiest) time of the year. Busiest because I immediately start my new year's resolutions of making everyone a little (or big time consuming) gift but never start those resolutions until December. Now in the mad dash of making cross stitch bookmarks and baking along with chores and full time contract job until Christmas. Will catch up on sleep after Christmas.
