a sense of movement

"equilibrioception is "the perception of our body in relation to gravity, movement and balance. The vestibular system measures acceleration, g-force, body movements and head position. Examples of the vestibular system in practice include knowing that you are moving when you are in an elevator, knowing whether you are lying down or sat up, and being able to walk along a balance beam".

i got a good exercise today trying to take a selfie with this pose. i was afraid the vertigo might show up if i kept doing this. fortunately, ten shots is all i needed and i rather liked this one. not easy to do this wearing two-inch high heel dancing shoes. wearing leotard or the skin tight exercise shirts was definitely not an option, or my mother might stir in her grave.

i think i will tag this for the requisite self-portrait shot for the 52-week challenge. this will not be repeated again for the rest of my lifetime, believe you me.

etsooi'd to the max - i removed the window, the radiator covers, the door to the ensuite, the light switch, the temp gauge, and the electrical outlet. i was going to entirely clone out the high chair but it was too much work so i didn't bother.
you are a brave woman - I would have crashed down hahahaha

@30pics4jackiesdiamond - i was under very close supervision by the matron and my parole officer, so not to worry. i cloned out the guerney and the armed guard nearby. :-P thanks, your ladyship.

@annied - i was teetering and on the verge of crashing, that's why the chair was there. the camera was set on 20 seconds timer. i can't even see the screen from far away so i don't really know how it was going to come out. i was told i looked like a frog about to be dissected. hahahaha! thank you, miss annie.

@kwind - thank you, kim.

@lesip - meds working, but this was before i took them. i wouldn't have done this as meds make me stick my head in the toilet bowl for a good few minutes then i'm useless after that. thanks, my friend, and happy new year to you, too!

What is Ross' 52 week challenge, and where is it posted?
January 8th, 2017
@bill_fe - sure. i don't think ross has a 52-week challenge. someone just had a mix up. they're probably talking about the weekly theme, that's what.
