can you believe that beautiful blue sky? trust me, it's a beautiful blue sky!
it's family day in the province of ontario, a holiday cooked up by a former liberal premier of the province. it started in 2008.
we had sunshine and snow at the same time this morning then it cleared considerably as the day progressed. i was actually dressed for work this morning and was about to leave at 9 when i realized it was a holiday. duh! so i went downtown anyway thinking i'd go down the boardwalk. but i forgot where i wanted to go so i just walked around the union station and since i have a membership at the aquarium, i walked down there instead. which was a mistake as i think all of ontario's families were there! another duh! i didn't linger too long, took a few pics and went straight to the exit. i think i took this after i came out of the aquarium. so this is my offering today for this week's leading line segment.
and as it turned out, this week's theme for the 52-week challenge is also leading line.
also for the six-word story challege, and the technique challenge (this is a combination of b/w and architecture).
@northy - no, i don't think they run during the winter, do they? i was going to call you yesterday but i thought you might be already engaged as it was a last minute thing. but we're due for another outing, non?
this was taken in January 2016... they were out there then!!! http://365project.org/northy/365/2016-01-02
yeah - this past weekend would not have worked for me... next weekend may be possible...
