how to face your greatest fear by summerfield

how to face your greatest fear

week 22 of the 52 weeks challenge wanted us to use our phobias for inspiration.

i was reading a book last week and in it there was a mention of water moccasin. curious, i looked it up on google. big mistake! i've had bad nightmares, albeit mild, since. but then the other day, i passed by a store called "soft moc" and saw these moccasin shoes. and i had the idea of showing you my greatest fear, water moccasin and all its ilks, kins and kinds.

it may not be a stellar photo or collage, but you have to agree, that is some kind of inspiration!
hahahaha
clever Miss Vikki - even if I didn't know what a water Moccasin was I could guess with you :)

Wonder how you would have depicted 'cotton mouth'? As yes, you induced me to look it up

Poisonous waterscape, as I recall ? I would prefer to encounter your version 😂

You had me Googling too... now I understand the picture... Well done. I do prefer your version :)

Of course I had to look it up on Google but wish I hadn’t. You depicted it very well

Ahh you don't like snakes. I love snakes as I do all creatures. It's man I'm not so keen on a lot of the time. We'll done for facing your fears. It is the best way to get over them

It is very inspirational indeed. Perhaps it will help you focus more on water and moccasins instead of on the other subject.

Water Mocassins, Rattlesnakes, Garter Snakes, even pictures of snakes- petrified of them ALL!!!!! This does make me laugh- unfortunately I don't think it will cure my fear of those slithering creatures even if I do rarely see them.

Too funny great way to capture this phobia..

Heavens, you have the most creative mind! And the narrative made me smile (as many of yours do - thanks)

An addition to this photo might be a big "plus" (+) sign between the two photos in the collage. Maybe even an equal (=) sign and question mark (?) to make it into a riddle.

Nice way to reinterpret water moccasin for sure!!
