Today was a nice sunny day and a bit warmer than of late. After yesterdays Splash of Yellow I decided to look for pink today. I was surprised how much I found.
Thank you so much for all your comments and Fav's and for showing so much interest in Martha. She wants me to thank you all for your lovely comments. She's having a wonderful time and has managed to send me a message every day so far.
Glad you are in contact with Martha....us parents do worry when they are so far away! Lovely pink....I have been round my garden today to see if I can get a decent flower shot. All I have is loads of dafoddils & red berries.
Lovely collage. Is Martha doing the first part of her residency? Will she be closer to home for any of it after her six weeks in Mexico? It's tough having our kids so far away once they take off on their own. We know!
@aglennc Thanks for commenting Anita. This 6 week stint is actually part of her course and although she has passed her exams she can't graduate without it. It's called an 'elective' and they all have to organise it themselves. She has friends all over the place including New Zealand and Belize! I'm not sure why she chose Mexico given that she doesn't speak the language. I guess she'll learn fast. When she comes back she'll spend 2 years in London as a junior doctor which I guess is the same as your residency. She likes being in London but I don't think she'll stay there forever. It's a great place to be when you're young!
Beautiful collage, I'd love to have a garden big enough to put lots more flowers and flowering shrubs in, so I'll just enjoy yours, at least I won't have to look after them
