On our first evening in Edinburgh we went to a cocktail bar for a glass of wine before supper. The cocktail bar was on Princes Street and we were upstairs on the first floor. The view from the window was stunning. Three things to look for......Edinburgh Castle, The Scott Memorial and one of the amazing new trams.
