White Blossom - Blackthorn

I noticed this beautiful blackthorn while walking around the Wetlands Centre. I didn't know until recently that the berries which from blackthorn are sloes which are used to make sloe gin.

Thank you! I pick sloes and make sloe gin but hadn't connected them with the blackthorn which I always feel is a harbinger of summer! You learn something new on this site every day!
