Finally a blue one although it's more of a purlple-y blue than a true blue.
All the flowers are stunning, whatever the colour but the disappointing thing is that each flower only lasts half a day, if that, before it starts to deteriorate. I didn't know this was the case.
Looks very like a morning glory that I have. Not even a full day really as most of mine are fading by late in the afternoon, hence the name ‘morning’ glory I guess. Also difficult to photograph, those deep throats make it very hard to get the whole thing in focus. I’ve been thinking of trying to use focus stacking but that’s hard to do outside with wind etc. causing the flower to move during the process.
