In the summer of 2020 my very good friend and fellow 365er Lis @foxes37 sent me some hollyhock seeds in the post, which I planted. On the second attempt the seeds germinated and a few weeks later I transplanted them into pots https://365project.org/susiemc/album-1-year-5/2020-10-17 . When they got a bit bigger Chris planted them in the garden. They survived the winter and have been growing ever since and have made strong healthy plants but this is the first one to flower. I noticed it this morning (it definitely han't opened yesterday). It's a bit late but nevertheless I'm very happy. Hopefully I wont have to wait until the end of October next year before any of them flower.
