Blackthorn

I noticed this blackthorn growing behind our garage. It’s actually growing on our neighbour’s side of the fence but we get to enjoy it more than they do. They wanted to chop it down but Chris persuaded them not to. They’re strange people, they chop down anything that’s growing.
As you can see we had some sunshine today.

Beautiful blossom - I noticed so much in flower the hedgerows yesterday as I drove to the garden centre . But alas no place to stop , and only my phone camera on me !!
