There's been a heavy frost each morning this week and the flowers all look in quite a sorry state when I first look out of the window. Most of them, especially these violas and pansies, really perk up once the sun shines on them. I took these photos this afternoon in the lovely sunshine because I think we're in for some rain over the weekend.
