Spot the spotty blackbird

I was out with Gary today and while we were stuck at the traffic lights, this blackbird caught my eye.
I'm not sure if the two white spots on his head count as partial albino, and its not nearly as impressive as the one down the road with a full white head, but its near enough for me.
(I used to see the one with the white head nearly every day, that is until I got my camera, then I never saw him again)
