Egg-Action, or "Get Cracking" by taffy

Egg-Action, or "Get Cracking"

Jim: Do you want an omelet?
Taffy's words: Mmm...yes, great!
Taffy's thoughts: An egg collage!!
The result: http://365project.org/taffy/special-photos/2013-11-27
(A collage of Jim making the omelet that came out sort of fun if you have time to view)
Thanks to Paul @steampowered for the "get cracking" title suggestion!
@julieco Because of the other challenge for get-pushed, related to food, it's been on my mind. I don't think it quite works as advertising a food, but I wanted you to know you had inspired this shot and the collage that goes with it.

Wonderful action shot. I'm just surprised that you didn't call it "Get cracking!"

@steampowered Love your title more than mine -- just changed it, or at least added it.

@taffy Oooh. I have this warped mind that sees silly things like that... :o))

Lol for your description!

I wouldn't have managed to break the egg properly, Taffy, so I admire Jim for his cooking abilities.

You present the most mundane action in an artistic, creative way! Maybe I'll attempt a photo of my oatmeal this morning? Oh wait, it's mundane egg. May have to change what's on the menu.
November 28th, 2013
@pamknowler Jim says 'thanks' for the comment about his nice hands! @redy4et Heehee! I'd love to see a mundane oatmeal shot -- great textures to work with!

Love the close up of the eggs and your husbands hands. Perfect to go along with the words. I'm so glad that someone else's mind hops like mine does.... it's a sign of a creative person.... at least that's what I tell myself. LOL

Nice shot.... really captured the moment the egg slides out of the shell well there. And the title is great! =)

Love it, but girl I love that bowl. Don't you love blue ceramics? Great action shot.
November 30th, 2013
@darylo I do love blue ceramic -- this bowl is the lone remainder of a matching set I bought in Ohio -- Japanese in style with chopsticks that lie across the top. Now it's become a little mixing bowl.

@kazlamont @hjbenson Thanks Kazzy and Harry, for your visit and comment. It was a fun 'action' shot to be taking (it took four eggs to get it right, but it was a five egg omelet so it all worked out!).
