For the between theme, I used my telephoto at its longest range to capture the colors at sunset. I thought the vertical lines/colors set up some the tight fit of the buildings -- each is between the others, and the little one looks to be between them all.

This is a great shot. I love how you can see inside the building on the left. I do like your other shot better though. The lighting is awesome in that one.
These two shots are fantastic! The lines are architectural features really stand out on this one, but the lighting is outstanding on the other. Both are terrific shots.
Also very good, but not as good as the other one. What I like here, are the different angles at which the buildings are placed, giving full frontal as well as oblique views. The columns of varying colours are also striking.
You've captured the feel of the skyscrapers perfectly - looks even more amazing on black. I know this is Chicago, but it reminds me of Midtown Manhattan. A big fav.
@sangwann Taken from inside...still lacking a lot of courage for the balcony and it has been cold and window so the rooftop does not appeal yet. It will!
Another great image Taffy and although it doesn't have the pop of the other one I still like all the lines and different angles of the buildings!! Fav!
