Red sky at night--sailor's delight

I got my image stacking program working with my night sky images. I was surprised by this red tint in the clouds. I didn't see that with the naked eye.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Alex MacLean seems to be known for his aerial photography. I don't know how I would reproduce that from my ground-level perch.
