None of these photos of a peony brought in from the garden came out well on their own, but as a triptych, they make an interesting study in lighting. The top image was an exposure that I thought would be too long for a hand-held shot. Next, I tried a higher ISO to solve that issue. I'm not sure why the color looks so different. Finally, I decided to use a flash.
