When I was taking the pics yesterday, some guy stopped and said that someone had been taking photos at dusk from the same place a couple of days previously (another 365er?) and I thought "I can do that". Hunted around and found my old tripod I bought 40+ years ago and went back this evening. Pretty happy with the result
Great shot Poppa! I remember being in a traffic jam a few years ago down there. There was a guy who lived in one of the towers that became ill and he was so morbidly obese that the Emergency Services had to close the roads and get the Firies to get him out to go to Hospital....... Poor guy.
I like the evening shot more then the one the previous day hope you get to use your tripod more often. I love the trailing lights that lead your eye over bridge.
And happy you should be with this shot. It's a great one! I failed to mention on the previous photo of the bridge that I really enjoyed the history you shared about it.
