Finally a shot of my regular golfing partners from Monday's golf. That's Max putting - needless to say he missed it. Max has a few problems with his putting and a couple of months ago he got some putting lessons from our club pro, Adam. The therapist says that Adam should be released from The Ward in the next week or two but he has been scarred for life and will never teach again. The other two later. GOMAG? Grumpy Old Men At Golf.

Speaking of birds, the little one in my "Q" picture surprised me greatly today with her cooperation. I rarely handle these little quail primarily because they don't crave any sort of contact. In fact, most of the time if an attempt is made to catch them, they leap about three feet in the air and then rocket off from there. The shocker was that this bird merely wandered around on the table top, occasionally stopping by the plants, sometimes in just the place I had the camera aimed and ready. Believe me, I honestly thought I'd be posting a picture of a feather quill in a little glass jar. Thanks for stopping by!

Yes we do have a lot of fun with lots of sledging. The only part of the story that was not true was the bit about Adam not teaching again.
