Oh wow! That sky is brilliantly painted and you've captured the scene splendidly. Since it's highly unlikely that I'll ever have the chance to take a sunrise or sunset pic at the beach, I am so enjoying all the photos of those who can, including you now.

I'm in the state of IL where there's not a beach to be found, unless you consider the shores of Lake Michigan a beach, but there aren't any waves there to speak of. I've been to the beaches of a number of oceans, just not during my 365 experience. Pity party, please. TY.

My oldest son has recently relocated to Norfolk, VA and I've been assured we'll be visiting him sometime in the coming year so surely I'll managed a sunrise shot over the Atlantic. There's hope!
