Driving to Sydney to see our latest grandchild - 3 weeks old. We normally do the drive to Sydney in one go (1,000ks) but this time decided to stop overnight in Woolgoolga, just north of Coffs Harbour. (I wanted to go to a bromeliad show this morning anyway so we didn't leave home until lunch). After we had checked in we went for a walk along the beach. I was hoping for a killer sunset to rival Trudi's but nothing happened. Sigh!!!!
Looks so peaceful. Great shot. We used to do NSW to Melbourne in one go too once 1200 km, but no more, we spend two or three days doing the journey now and have been just about every conceivable route by now. Time to stop and smell the roses.
It's a beautiful sky even if it's not all painted up with oranges, pinks and purples. I like how the image is divided through by the curving silhouette.
Beautiful capture love the sky and reflections. We too travel to Sydney to visit family and this is where we stop as well to break up the trip. Lovely place.
