No Shiny Harleys Here. by terryliv

No Shiny Harleys Here.

Meet Tony everyone.

We came across Tony on the track up to Dalhousie Springs while he was waiting for the rest of his group to catch up.

Dalhousie Springs is one of the main launch sites for people making the trek across the Simpson Desert and the group of them were heading off on the four day ride across the desert in the morning. There are 1300 sand dunes to cross between Dalhousie and the end of the Simpson Desert track at Birdsville.

Brilliant.

@stray_shooter I think you should give up on the Harley Ron and do the Simpson Desert. Much more of a challenge that just cruising around on the tarmac.
@pcoulson You could join him Peter

@terryliv No way could I keep up with this hearty dude, Poppo! I'll stick to the tarmac and the Geezer Glide. My hat's off to the man!

@stray_shooter You took your hat off ages ago - and replaced it with a red bandana. One of my favourite people also wears a red bandana. Google Peter Fitzsimons australia
