Had a surprise visit from the male King Parrot on Tuesday and he brought junior along as well. I think this is a different junior male to the one I photographed a couple of months ago. If so, that is fantastic
@gigiflower Dad is on the right. We know the one on the left is an immature bird since he hasn't developed his adult plumage yet. He is changing from the green chest and head to the red chest and head of the male. The female has a green chest and head.
